Kindergarten Materials:

The Teacher's Manual includes daily lesson plans, copy masters, and reference material Two workbooks provide a total of 175 activities.
Ten First Step Readers are four page books that give the child an easy and early experience in reading a book.
Twenty McRuffy Readers range from 8 to 15 pages. These humorous stories reinforce the weekly phonics concepts. All books are printed black and white in the standard curriculum. Students color the pages after mastering the book.
Color First Step Readers and Readers sets are also available at an additional cost of $20. The color books feature color illustrations.
Flashcards are included for additional practice and game playing. Over 360 flashcards are printed 24 cards to a sheet and require cutting. Additional items in the packet includes colorful vowel charts, handwriting charts, and other resources.

Handwriting assignments are included in the Teacher's Manual. Check out the optional Kindergarten McRuffy Handwriting books which provide additional tracing and practice exercises.

The weekly spelling lists are based upon phonics concepts.

Although the lesson plans give a daily handwriting assignment that can be done on blank writing paper, the handwriting books feature additional practice exercises and guidance arrows that show the formation of the letters.
